If we make this emp that's only about 0'ing ppl, the players in the top of the tree need to know that they're gonna have to assist a lot with Elayisal as soon as they can cast it. For it to work, we need to neutralize the 0'd players, and Elayisal is the only way to do that. Since the ppl high in the emp gets Elay first, they're gonna carry a heavy burden. Just wanna make this clear before anybody signs up for a high position in our emp for selfish reasons.

Also, I think we should reorganize the tree every once in a while to have more ppl research high omni stuff.
