Okay....I now see why the education system has failed. Communicationg with tech support is proof.
I changed my resolution to see if it would improve my game play. But it went to blue screen and had not supported in right corner. All I need to know is how do I get the screen out of "wide screen"? By doing that I can get to options and re-set the values.
Tech support keeps asking.drivers etc etc. I did up-date all the drivers etc etc.

SO basically everytime you open up Tabula Rasa. . it goes into Widescreen and the computer / game crashes and says not supported ?

Ok .. if this is the case ..

I would go into the
Client.cfg file (open it up with notepad)

and Edit the following lines to these values ...

Client.Graphics.FullScreenResolution = 1024x768
Client.Graphics.FullScreenResolution.Height = 768
Client.Graphics.FullScreenResolution.Width = 1,024

These values are really low .. and should work on your system..

After you edit .. save the changes to the file and start the game up ..

THe Widescreen should be gone .. and you should be able to reset any of the options ..

If you dont know how to edit the client.cfg file .. let me know .. and ill upload my file .. so u can just copy it to your TR Directory !
