Posted on 03 November 2007 at 09:11:28 ok i'm either blind, stupid or both.. i cannot find a game card. "First month of Pay included" is printed on the box.. there only the "Security Card" which doesn't work when i try and enter it into the Game Card payment slot on the website.. have i been cheated out of a game card? or must i use a credit card for my first month to be activated?

What I had to do is .. upgrade my account with the Retail Serial Key, then I had to input CC# as if to pay for the first month but it didnt get charge...
I think you should first check to see if your account has the retail serial code in.. then try plugging in your CC as if you were going to pay a month but they arent gonna charge you until the first free month is over ...

Posted on 06 November 2007 at 15:39:06 The Security Card that you have received with the CE is the game security code. Once you add that game code to your PlayNC account, it will activate the game and open up your first free 30 days. I have never used a GTC so I am unsure how you would set up to go beyond the included 30 days.
Basically, the "Inlcuded Game Time" is just the first month but is only valid with a full account activation.
