So I just bought the game and it doesn't auto run and I don't see the disc drive icon showing up either.
its like my D drive isn't reading it.
any ideas?

Are you able to see it via My Computer > Drive ?
Going to the Folders ?
Worse case you can DL it from the FTP site

yea I tried the folder too, I think my disc drive is done for, wont play anything.
I just got a subscription with fileplanet so I'm DLing now.
